You and your pet are part of our family

Your pet must be free of external parasites (fleas and ticks). Capstar for fleas is given to all pets upon entrance to our kennel area. Pets found infected with ticks will be treated at the owner's expense.

 Bedding/Personal Belongings

We provide a snuggly fleece blanket for all of our guests. You are welcome to bring personal items such as bedding, toys and treats.  We will do our best to return your items in the same condition that they were left with us; however no guarantees can be made against loss or destruction. We will make every effort to launder your bedding prior to departure.

 Medical Boarding for Special Pets

There is no additional fee to give routine medications to boarders. We ask that clear instructions be provided and an ample amount of medication be supplied to us at the time of drop off.

Pets that need nursing care, time-sensitive medication (for example, diabetes) or pets needing to be monitored by our nursing staff will stay in our hospital ward. Our nurses and doctors closely watch these special companions. Because our boarding is veterinary supervised, a doctor is available should your pet need medical care.

Feeding 

We provide a nutritious diet by Purina. Our dry food is Purina EN-a nutrition-balanced food and easy on the stomach. Our canned food is ProPlan Chicken and Rice formula.  You may bring your own pet food are encouraged to do so if your pet has a special dietary need.
