VMC clients can rest assured that you are entrusting your pet to the care of a dedicated team in our kennel, and that our boarding kennel meets all of the current industry standards for pet care. New clients are welcome and may board with us after having an examination and verification that all vaccinations are current.

Our prices are based on the size and weight of your pet. Many extras are also offered for you such as our TLC program. When your pets are with us, you can rest assured that they will be well taken care of.

Every effort is made to ensure that your pet is happy and comfortable. Under the loving care of our kennel staff, your pet is treated with love and compassion-just like we would treat our own pet. If extra bedding, personalized attention, or hand feeding are required for your pet, we will gladly provide it.

Boarding Policy for VMC 

Vaccination Requirements 
 For your pet's protection, all vaccines must be current. We require written proof of vaccinations if received from another veterinarian.

Dogs must be vaccinated for Rabies (in accordance with Harris County regulations), Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella. A Bordetella vaccination is required every 6 months.

Cats must be vaccinated for Rabies (in accordance with Harris County regulations), FVRCP, and Feline Leukemia or have been tested within the last 6 months.

Please note that many vaccines do not take effect for 10-14 days, so be sure your pet is vaccinated before boarding for optimal wellness. While it is better to not board puppies and kittens younger than 4 months or without full vaccinations, VMC can board your puppy or kitten in isolation as a Special Needs boarding.
